Prenuptual agreements

A prenuptial agreement can be effective in clearly delineating a couples premarital debts and assets so that in the unfortunate event that they divorce there is less confusion and disagreement during that very difficult time. Parties should fully disclose their assets and liabilities in order so that a marriage is open and all the information is on the table. It fascinates me that parties marry and divorce over issues that they could have plainly outlined in a prenup but did not want to spend the money. In the end they spend a lot more in the divorce.
